Is Humavive safe to take every day?
Yes — and that's exactly the point. Daily Anchor was specifically formulated for daily use by an NHS doctor. Unlike most hydration and electrolyte products, it contains no added sodium and no potassium — the ingredients that make other products unsuitable for daily use. If you take regular prescription medication, check with your GP before starting any new supplement.
I'm over 50 and take blood pressure medication. Is this safe for me?
Humavive was formulated with this specifically in mind — which is why we deliberately excluded sodium and potassium. However we always recommend checking with your GP before starting any new supplement if you're on prescription medication.
I already take vitamin D and B12 separately. Can Humavive replace them?
That's exactly what it was designed to do. Humavive provides Vitamin D3 at 1000 IU with K2, B12 as methylcobalamin at 200µg, and magnesium bisglycinate — alongside daily electrolytes and hydration. One sachet replaces your separate supplements and gives you proper hydration at the same time.
